Appointments

Please note it is practice policy to request a deposit for long appointments. This will be taken in person or over the phone if appropriate.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice during normal practice hours if an appointment has to be cancelled. Cancellation for an appointment for Monday has to be notified by Thursday at the latest during normal practice hours. Failure to do so will incur a charge.

Failure to attend an appointment will incur a charge.
